Jamila Wellness LLC offers mental health counseling for individuals, families, and groups of various ages and reasons including depressive behaviors, anxiety and nervousness, life transitions, blending families, and mediation. Individual Counseling

Group Counseling


Joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, but group therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. While group members are a valuable source of support, formal group therapy sessions offer benefits beyond informal self-help and support groups.


Our groups are currently virtual and are facilitated by student interns under the supervision of our Lead Therapist Cinnamon Key, LCSW.

Family Counseling


Family counseling may be of benefit to you and your family if there is:

  • poor communication

  • trouble balancing home, work, and life demands

  • infidelity or mistrust
